Spooktacular Apron for your Spooktacular Treats!
From Window Valance to Apron!

A Seasonal Apron that can be used with all Seasons and Holidays!
Change the kitchen towel to match the season!
This is one of my favorite aprons to make!
It is SIMPLE and made from a WAVERLY WINDOW VALANCE!
Supplies:
One Waverly Valance on clearance $8.99 /reg.$ 39.99 (Tuesday Morning)
Waverly makes excellent window valances, the fabric is great quality and the valance is lined,
which will make a wonderful apron!
The fun part-- change your apron with the seasons!
One Seasonal Halloween Dish Towel

1.  Cut your valance  on both sides to the appropriate size.
This valance has a v-shape, measure accordingly so the "V" is in the middle of your apron.
2.  Unpick the ends of the valance.
3.  Make a 1/4 hem and sew.
4.  Leave a opening for ties to go through the top of the valance where you
would normally put your curtain rod.
5.  Add ribbon or any kind of trim to the top of the apron
by sewing the ribbon on both sides of the apron.
(You are placing your ribbon/trim as a hanger for your kitchen towel.)
6.  Add your seasonal kitchen towel
7.  You will be able to change your kitchen towel throughout the Seasons.
I like this apron because, you can easily throw your kitchen towel in the washer and
use your apron time after time!
8.  Make fabric ties that will feed through the casing of your apron and tie in the back.
You are finished!
ENJOY!
Thank you for visiting!
I will see you all tomorrow!

I love green Apples with Pumpkins!
It seems, I can't display a pumpkin without a green apple.

Green apples are a easy accessory to decorate with.
The color makes them WONDERFUL!

Yellow Lemmon are great too!
Fall is so exciting!

Do you love Green Apples?
Do  you love the smell of Apple Pie Candles?

                                                                for Christmas!
                                                             (I'm re-posting from June 4, 2010)
Celebrate!
How about a Christmas Blizzard? Here's a few Christmas treats, as I mentioned in my previous Christmas post, to prepare early for the Christmas Holidays! You can also make these fun treats for all celebrations and Birthdays!

How to make a Christmas Blizzard-

Ingredients:

One large glass (Walmart-under $1.00)
Fuzzy socks, Christmas hat, scarf or anything that can be rolled with the looks of Ice Cream!
Candy Canes
Red Candy Pixie sticks
Christmas candy picks (Hobby Lobby $1.00-50% off)
ribbon
Christmas tags

Recipe:
I used a scarf in my blizzard. I rolled it and puffed up the top to a tip. I added candy canes, pixie sticks and Christmas candy pick. Tie a ribbon, add a tag and welcome Christmas Smiles!

Christmas Swiss Roll:

How to make a Christmas Swiss Roll:
Ingredients:
One Brown Washcloth
One White Washcloth
One Elastic
One Christmas Tag
One Candy Cane
Christmas Ribbon

Recipe: Take one white and brown wash cloth. Fold each washcloth to the middle, roll the two washcloths together.

Place elastic around the folded wash cloths to keep in place. Next, add candy cane, ribbon and Christmas tag.

Enjoy your Swiss Cake Roll with your Christmas Blizzard!

Enjoy!
